The Office

The Sandycove Office is run by a team of dedicated caring people. They are headed up by Denyse Beattie our Community Manager.
The people that work in the office are knowledgeable, skilled and thoughtful and they spend their days making Sandycove a great place to live.

Attention to details of this nature are routine for us. Sandycove Acres Limited delivers to its residents a high level of experienced and responsive management. We have a goal for ourselves to provide housing and property management services which will enhance the quality of lifestyle for our residents, for we know that they are our best marketing representatives.

The Maintenance Crew

The maintenance team is headed up by our site supervisor Steve Tompkins. This is a hardworking team of people who are here to make sure that things are well taken care of in the community. They are the ones who look after snow removal, grounds maintenance, and ensure that all the servicing issues are met. At Sandycove Acres we emphasize snow removal and salting and sanding: these may well be mundane afterthoughts for many but carry a high priority in our operations programs because it matters to the homeowners. This is indeed a top notch support staff!

The sales team is likely your first contact with Sandycove Acres. They are the cheery professional group that know everything there is to know about Sandycove Acres.
